[Resolved] Canara Bank Google Pay “Account Related Issue” Error


I am having an account with Syndicate Bank, which has been merged with Canara Bank. After migration of Digital banking services, I am unable to do any transaction through Google Pay or UPI or PhonePe. I even not able to install the Mobile Banking application of the Bank “CANDI” due to error showing as “Account Related Issue”. 

Help me in resolving the Canara Bank Mobile Banking Error and fix Account Related Issue of my bank account.

  1. To fix the Canara Bank or Syndicate Bank UPI error follow the below instructions:

    You need to merge your Customer IDs if having more than one account with any of the banks o mobile number is not registered with the same customer ID. Visit the home branch and follow the instructions.
