How to Activate India Post Office (DoP) Mobile Banking Application?
Step 1: Download the Mobile Banking Application from Google Play store. Make sure you download the right app. Once the app is opened, click on Activate Mobile Banking button.
Step 2: Enter the Security Credentials which you have provided with Department of Post. There is no Charges for OTP (One Time Password) message. Activation OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Enter the OTP on the screen to proceed further.
Step 3: Once your activation is successfully validated you will be asked to enter 4 digit MPIN. Once your enter 4 digit MPIN of your choice and you will be activated for Mobile Banking Application.
Step 4: For login into Mobile Banking application, please enter your User Id and the new MPIN.
