The minimum registration amount kept by DDA is Rs One lacs except EWS flats.

Interest Paid on Bank Loan for DDA Housing Scheme 2014 for registration amount

Each listed bank would charge different interest for above amount. The total charges for rs one lacs loan would vary from  Rs.5100 to 5800 per application. This amount inclusive of all document charges of DDA Housing Scheme 2014.
