11th Bipartite Wage Revision for Bank Employees’ updates – Meeting updates between Bankers’ Union – UFBU and IBA on dated 30-11-2018. 

Indian Bankers’ Association (IBA) has called the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) for a meeting on long pending wage revision of Public Sector Bank Employees. Following are the updates of the scheduled meeting :

1. IBA has hiked their existing offer of 6% of salary hike to 8%

2. They also got agreed on 5 Days Banking

3. IBA insists on Wage revision for all the employees up to Grade III only
